Letting go of upset and opening up to your power within

Hate is fear inverted and an indicator that you have limited yourself in some way. Self-hatred is a path to insecurity, dis-empowerment, and depression. Acceptance opens you up and sets you free. Free to the love that is available for you. It’s around you all the time. When you let go of your attachments, you begin to have access to this love. Ethereal at first, it becomes a force in your life that can empower and transform you. Practically speaking, it’s something we can feel in others who have it and know when they do not. We all want to fill the void that we have created in ourselves, and when someone comes into our life who’s filled that void for him or herself, it’s attractive even amazing. When you have it, it then becomes a privilege to teach others how to find this love, for it gives you access to even more. Metaphysically, it seems that life shows up for you, filled with opportunities. Serendipity becomes common. You begin to see that you’re  a vessel for this force, and when they you’re open, you become many channels of a river that begin to flow freely, giving you access to grace. As you progress down this road, humility must always be present, for we are not masters but apprentices. In this life we always will be. For when pride enters the picture, it once again opens the door to hate. This is not the natural order of things. So accept what is so and open yourself up. Freedom and love await.

I began coaching people in 1996 for an international non-profit organization. Previously, I worked as a mechanical engineer and physics teacher but found through my work in the non-profit, I was much more passionate about empowering people. So I decided to make coaching my occupation.
